Shipping Policy
We will usually ship in stock items within one business day according to your shipping requests. Items not in stock or on backorder will be shipped when the product arrives at our warehouse. To expedite your order we may have it shipped from the factory directly according to your shipping mode request.
Should we be unable to ship your ordered items within one business day when you have requested an expedited shipping mode (Next Day or Second Day) you will be notified by email or telephone using the contact information you provided. We will provide an estimated ship date and location of shipment when we contact you. Unless we are notified otherwise, the order will ship per your shipping mode request.
Factory ground shipments will ship within two days after order is approved unless you are notified otherwise.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping offer is valid only on items that can be shipped via Ground service.
- Free shipping offer is valid on eligible products only which will be shown on the web site specified as having free shipping. An order with promotional free shipping products and regularly priced products may result in shipping charges for some items.
- Free shipping offer is valid only to the continental United States and for product that can be shipped standard ground service.
Residential Customers
To quickly and efficiently complete your package delivery, we offer the following suggestions for our residential customers:
- If you are expecting a delivery and you know you won't be home, leave a note for your delivery driver, giving him permission to leave your package at your residence or at a neighbor's home.
- UPS will often leave packages without a signature in a concealed covered area out of street view.
- Sometimes multiple package shipments become separated and arrive on different days. Always allow an extra 1-2 days in this situation.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will always delay a shipment. Please be sure all information is accurate and complete (i.e., always include St., Pl., Ave., etc., in address).
